A SET OF FOUR GEORGE III SILVER ENTRÉE DISHES AND A SIMILAR PAIR MARK OF SEBASTIAN AND JAMES CRESPELL, LONDON, 1764 AND MARK OF JOHN PARKER AND EDWARD WAKELIN LONDON, 1770 Cushion-shaped with a gadrooned rim, each later engraved with a coat-of-arms, one later applied with later cartouche shaped panels on the long sides, each marked underneath, the bases of the four engraved with a scratchweight '19:10', '19:15', '19:17', '19:18', the bases of the pair engraved with an inventory number and a scratchweight 'No. 1 20"11', 'No. 2 21"3' 10 in. (25.5 cm.) long 111 oz. (3477 gr.) The arms are those of Hunter quartering Kennedy and Blair for Sir David Hunter Blair 3rd Bt. (1778-1857) who succeeded his brother in 1800. (6)
