A pair of Edwardian silver shell form butter dishes by Atkin Brothers, Sheffield 1905, each raised on three ball feet, 9.4cm x 8cm, together with a George V silver pedestal bon-bon dish by Mappin & Webb, Birmingham 1929, of circular form with pierced border on stepped circular foot, 11cm diameter, 5cm high, and a boxed set of two Victorian silver salt spoons by William Rawlings Sobey, Exeter 1840, each with inscription to the thumbpiece 'EJ 1892', 9.9cm, gross weight of group 5.12ozt (5) Overall condition is good. Shell dishes: Good, no denting, splitting or thinning and no signs of repair. Some bending and misshaping to the handles. Some denting and scratching to the ball feet. General scratching, wear and tear consistent with use. bon-bon dish: Overall condition is fair. Moderate amount of denting, some to the bowl and border, but mostly concentrated around the spreading circular foot. Some thinning to the stem and foot, but no splitting or signs of repair. General scratching and wear consistent with regular use. Spoons: Good order, some light denting to the bowls, but no thinning, splitting or signs of repair. General scratching, wear and tear consistent with regular use.
