Each with a generously proportioned globular body set with a large loop handle on one side and a short, diagonal spout on the other, each of the broad sides reserved with a leaf-shaped panel painted with a figural scene in underglaze blue and iron red, the areas below the spout and the handle each with a small reserved roundel painted in the same palette but with a floral motif, the remainder of the surface covered in an iridescent 'café-au-lait' glaze overlaid with a 'lotus' motif painted in gilt, the domed cover similarly decorated and surmounted by a bud-form knop.
