Wilkinson , with maker's instruction on the inside lid ( missing holding pan ) -- 5in. (12.7cm.) long when closed ; a pocket pendulum letter balance -- 4¾in. (12cm.) long ; a Sike's hydrometer set, with float, nine of ten weights and ivorine backed thermometer signed Farrow & Jackson, London & Paris , contained in a plush-lined wood case with ivorine maker's plaque inscribed Sike's Hydrometer Farrow & Jackson.
