A matched French gilt and cut glass suite, contemporary, painted with leaves and stylised poppies in gilt and outlined in black- design variance but almost certainly by the same maker comprising: in design one- 2 wine ewers, taller 37.5cms high, 1 decanter (stopper lacking), 3 claret glasses 19cms high, 2 wine glasses and 2 liqueur glasses, finger bowl and stand; design two- 7 claret glasses 18cms high, 8 white wine glasses, 8 smaller glasses and 6 liqueur glasses, two finger bowls with three stands; two similarly decorated stands and two associated gilt decorated wine tasters (50) Condition Report: All showing some signs of use with wear to gilding notably to margins, some gilding loss more pronounced design one: finger bowl and stand gilding very worn design two: finger bowl stands fairly heavily rubber and with losses, one smaller glass chipped, associated stands very rubbed Condition Report Disclaimer
