A late Victorian silver mounted photo frame by William Comyns & Sons, London 1893, the shaped frame with a pierced and embossed silver border, decorated with lattices, C scrolls and cherubs, 21cm (8 1/4 in) high; together with a late Victorian circular silver mounted photo frame with maker's mark HJM, Birmingham 1900, the border with scrolls and flower heads, 13cm (5in) diameter Condition Report: 1st Some wear to the high relief, but no noticeable wear holes, marks crisp. The velvet to the front has perished as typical with age, the stand needs a new bracing ribbon to hold it in place when standing 2nd very worn, wear holes from polishing, the hinge for the stand has been replaced with a pin and it has a later bit of bracing cord pinned into the back, marks fairly crisp Condition Report Disclaimer
