His correspondence with client Lana Turner gives a behind-the-scenes look at Feldman's dealings and influence in the industry. Films discussed in the papers include The Merry Widow (1952), Latin Lovers (1953), Three Coins in the Fountain (1954), and Helen of Troy (1956). In one letter dated July 23, 1953, while discussing the script for Betrayed (1954), Turner writes, 'Had a little tip the other day from the publicity man, Morgan something or other, saying he had talked to Gable in Paris and he, Clark, had received the script and was very, very interested...personally, I do not see Gable in either of the men's roles. I love the old bum, but somehow neither part seems to fit him. Is Gregory Peck completely unavailable? If so, what about Kirk Douglas? Please, Charlie, let me know what you think'.
