A Japanese lacquered wooden cabinet on stand with inset Kutani porcelain plaques 19th Century the upper section with two hinged doors, four short and one long drawer and a further pull-out door with porcelain fronts, the black and gold lacquer decorated with floral and geometric designs, the inset porcelain plaques painted with flowers and birds in exterior scenes, the hinged doors to the front with blue and white cranes, the edges mounted with incised brass mounts the base similarly decorated -- 52 3/8in.
