Miller An approving testimony of his unremitting attention to their interests 28 January 1825' The crest and motto of MILLAR of Scotland Stockbridge is a district of Edinburgh north west of the New Town and was the location of a pedestrian bridge over the Leith until a stone bridge was opened in 1786.
