A FRENCH SCULPTED WHITE MARBLE, ORMOLU AND DOVE GREY MARBLE STRIKING MANTEL CLOCK SIGNED AND DATED HENRY DASSON, 1887 Modelled with a naked recumbent young woman, above ormolu gallery cast with fluting and bunches of grapes, with ormolu-framed plinth below panelled in grey marble, signed to one side 'henry Dasson 1887', on leaf cast toupie feet, the ormolu bezel in the form of a tambourine, with tassel handle, white enamel dial with gilt-lined royal blue border and raised gilt fleur-de-lys half hour markers, signed on a banner to the centre 'HRY DASSON', pierced and engraved ormolu hands, twin barrels movement with strike on bell 23 in. (59 cm.) wide
