(1755-1834), signed and dated 1816 Rectangular box, the cover set with an enamel miniature depicting Juliet standing on the balcony in the moonlight, within a split-pearl border, the sides and base engine-turned with horizontal wavy reeding, the base furthermore engraved with flowerheads surrounded by black enamel clover reserves, all enamelled in translucent blue, bordered by white enamel stripes and broad blue enamel bands with scrolling taille d'épargne gold foliage alternating with white enamelled palmettes, the corners similarly enamelled, the base of the box containing a disc musical movement released by a lever at the rear side, the inside of the cover engraved with details of the miniature and initials 'A.J.C.K.' 33/8 in.
