A collection of early 20th Century copper and brass ware comprising a copper candlestick with central column support, raised on a circular base, 25.5 cm high, a pair of brass candlesticks, a brass beaker of simple flared form inscribed "Keswick" and "KSIA", a copper jug with riveted decoration and a brass chamberstick of circular form, the handle as sconce support, 22 cm long (6) CONDITION REPORTS The single candlestick has verdigris especially where there appears to be a build up of cleaning fluid has occurred. Pair of candlesticks not matching in colour, slightly bent and bases are not quite flat. The drip trays are uneven. One is slightly bigger than the other. The beaker has dents to the base and again does not sit quite flat. It is beginning to show signs of splitting to the seam at the bottom. Copper jug - no lid. Brass chamberstick is very misshapen throughout including to the sconce area itself. The handle has come away from the base. Large areas of pitting and verdigris. All items have wear and tear conducive with age and use to include surface scratches, knocks, bumps, etc and in need of a clean. Otherwise all items have general wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for further detail.
