A cased set of six late Victorian silver cup holders by William Comyns & Sons Ltd., Birmingham 1896 (1) and 1899 (5), with scroll handles, pierced and embossed with foliate swags, scrolls, putti and vacant reserves, 6.6cm long, 179g (5.75 oz), together with six Staffordshire plates Condition report Marks are clear. One cup with a piece of scroll decoration missing near the handle. Light scratches commensurate with age and use. One plate with a chip measuring 11mm long to the rim. The case is badly worn.
