A 19TH CENTURY CHINESE CARVED IVORY CARD CASE depicting figures in buildings amongst trees, 6cm wide x 9.8cm high together with a Japanese cigarette case decorated with an eagle and a snake and with signature to the reverse, 9.5cm wide; a pair of Japanese miniature cylindrical vases on rosewood stands, 5.5cm high; a Victorian passport original belonging to Thomas White and dated 1875 together with a letter from The Duke of Norfolk introducing Thomas White to Sir Henry Elliot addressed from Norfolk House St James's Square London and dated July 8th 1875 and also a calling card for T White Jeweler and Silversmith of 133 New Bond Street London, also a Victorian concertina action photograph frame, further double sided black and white Edwardian photograph, a small notebook and a book plate for Stephen White Condition: the card case discoloured but generally in good condition; the cigarette case with marks overall due to age and use; the pair of vases with signs of polish and wear due to polishing; the passport with some deterioration to the leather cover to include a tear through the T of Thomas White the paper within creased and with some discolouration due to age and use; foxing to the letter from Norfolk; the calling card with some foxing; the other items in reasonable condition considering age
