Beschreibung:

The first car that BMW successfully produced and the car which launched BMW on the road to automobile production was the Dixi, based on the Austin 7 and licensed from the Austin Motor Company in Birmingham, England. The circular blue and white BMW logo or roundel evolved from the circular Rap Motorenwerke company logo from which the BMW company grew, combined with the blue and white colors of the flag of Bavaria. The logo was portrayed as the movement of an aircraft propeller with the white blades cutting through a blue sky, first used in a BMW advertisement in 1929, twelve years after the roundel was created. The E46 is the fourth generation of the 3 Series compact cars and was produced by BMW from 1998 when it succeeded the E36. The E46 was released to worldwide markets, initially in the saloon body style. In 1999, a coupé and touring body style became available with a convertible and hatchback body style option from 2000, the latter only for Europe, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. The E46 experienced enormous success in all markets and was widely considered the performance benchmark of its class; the record selling year for the E46 model was 2002 with a staggering 561,249 vehicles sold world. This BMW 330 Ci Sport automatic was originally registered on 17 th January 2003 and has been in the safe hands of the original owner ever since covering a mere 11,400 miles during the nine years of ownership. This is a very high specification model benefitting from full M tech body kit and sport wheels, wide screen TV, satellite navigation, heated seats with electric adjustment and memory, Zenon headlamps, Harman Kardon stereo and power folding mirrors. A splendid low mileage example, no expense has been spared on maintenance as verified by the seven service stamps from BMW main agents, Vines and Sytner (Ascot). The car is finished in metallic blue with black soft top; which had never been raised until July this year, while the interior has contrasting beige leather trim and a myrtle wood finish. With current road fund licence and an MOT valid until May 2013 , this fine BMW also comes complete with a factory hard top, all handbooks, service book and a spare set of keys.
