19TH CENTURY LONGCASE CLOCK, the hood with broken swan neck pediment, enclosing a white enamel dial painted with Roman numerals and two subsidiary dials, two train eight day movement, the face painted 'W M Dobbie Clockmaker to the Queen, Falkirk', painted figures to spandrels and the dial arch with a scene of 'Queen Mary's Escape', contained in a waisted mahogany case, approx. 220cm high (with two weights and pendulum) Condition reports indicate issues visible to the naked eye. Whilst every effort is made to provide accurate and honest condition reports, none of our staff is a professional conservator or restorer. Any condition report offered should be accepted as an indication of any obvious issues or problems or the lack of them.
