1962 CD Panhard coach Carte grise française Châssis n° 108 Moteur n° 38370*1746 - Exemplaire original d'homologation - Histoire intéressante, exposée au Salon de Paris 1962 - Préparée par un pilote du Mans Selon Alain Gaillard, spécialiste incontesté de la marque, cette voiture (châssis n°108) est la première CD Panhard terminée. Exposée au Salon de Paris d'octobre 1962, elle aurait reçu près de 800 intentions d'achat. Présentée au service des Mines en 1963 à trois reprises (11 mars, 3 mai et finalement homologuée le 24 mai), elle servira ensuite de voiture de démonstration avant d'être vendue à un particulier fin 1963. Elle est aujourd'hui la propriété de M. Guilhaudin, vainqueur de l'indice de performance aux 24 Heures du Mans sur un modèle identique, en 1962 ! Il achète cette voiture en janvier 1995 et lui fait bénéficier d'une remise en état. La carrosserie, déjà refaite, est repeinte. La voiture est équipée du performant moteur M10S, avec pignon de distribution en aluminium, pistons équilibrés, nouvelles soupapes, etc… La ligne d'échappement est neuve, le train avant refait et M. Guilhaudin fait également poser des baquets à sa mesure, pour pouvoir courir dans de meilleures conditions. Les sièges d'origine (à refaire) seront fournis avec la voiture, de même qu'une rare tubulure double carburateur double corps de 38 mm, de marque CD, ainsi qu'une boîte de vitesse à rapports longs. Utilisable sur route et éligible à de nombreuses compétitions sportives dont Le Mans Classic, cette voiture présente un historique intéressant. Elle a été de plus préparée par un ancien pilote du Mans qui a couru à l'époque sur une voiture équivalente, gage de compétence ! It now belongs to Mr. Guilhaudin, winner of the performance index at the Le Mans 24 Hours in 1962 with the same model! He bought this car in January 1995 and had it restored. The body, already redone, was repainted. The car is fitted with the powerful M10S engine combined with an aluminum timing gear, balanced pistons, new valves etc. The exhaust system is new, and the front axle was redone. Mr. Guilhaudin also installed bucket seats to his measure, so that he could drive the car comfortably and efficiently. The original seats (to be restored) will be provided with the car, as will a rare CD 38 mm double pipe dual carburetor body, and a gearbox with longer ratios.
