Il était équipé d'un monocylindre Heinkel quatre-temps de 175, puis 200 cm3 et, en 1958, la production était transférée en Irlande, chez Dundalk Engineering, sous licence. Les droits de production étaient ensuite repris par Peter Agg, distributeur Lambretta en Angleterre et propriétaire de la marque Trojan, ancien constructeur automobile. A la suite d'un accord avec Heinkel, c'est sous cette même marque Trojan que reprenait la production jusqu'à 1966 des versions en trois et quatre roues. Le microcar Heinkel Cabin Cruiser a été fabriqué de 1956 à 1958. Ce rare Heinkel Trojan 200 quatre roues a été produit en conduite à gauche pour le marché d'Europe continentale. Depuis 1981, il est immatriculé en Allemagne et n'a connu, ensuite, que trois propriétaires. Le précédent propriétaire possédait cette voiture pendant 26 ans. Il a fait faire à cette voiture une restauration complète, avec carrosserie mise à nu, maintenant peinte d'une belle couleur rouge. L'intérieur et les moquettes ont été eux aussi complètement refaits. Ce microcar est immatriculé continuellement depuis 32 ans et possède son contrôle technique allemand valide. En bon état de présentation et de fonctionnement, il comporte un toit ouvrant avec capote en toile, un petit porte-fleurs en porcelaine et une roue de secours placée sous la banquette. Séduisante petite voiture capable de transporter quatre personnes (dont deux de petite taille à l'arrière), cette Heinkel Trojan constitue un moyen de transport d'une originalité accomplie, aussi ludique qu'économique. It was equipped with a single cylinder four-stroke Heinkel 175cc, and then 200cc engine, and in 1958 production was transferred to Ireland to Dundalk Engineering, who made it under license. Production rights were later taken over by Peter Agg, the Lambretta distributor in England and owner of the Trojan brand, a former car manufacturer. Following an agreement with Heinkel, it was under the same brand Trojan that production resumed till 1966 in three and four wheel versions. Since 1981 it has been registered in Germany and that till then it had three owners. The previous owner had this car for 26 years. He completely restored the car with the body shell laid bare, now painted a beautiful red colour. The interior and carpets were also completely redone. This microcar has been registered continuously for 32 years and has its valid German technical inspection TÜV. This original microcar is in good condition and is fitted with a canvas sunroof, a small porcelain flower holder and a spare wheel under the seat. An attractive small car capable of carrying four people (including two smaller ones at the rear), the Heinkel Trojan is a conveyance of unusual originality, as well as a playful and economical runabout.
