Dessinée par Virgil Exner, alors ingénieur en chef du style chez Chrysler, les ailes arrières de la Windsor s'inspirent des rares Chrysler Ghia. Le pare-brise panoramique surbaissé et la fine calandre en deux parties de la version convertible en font une merveille. Son moteur est le célèbre Spitfire V8 de 188 ch (300.5 CI) associé à une boite automatique à 4 rapports en option. L'ensemble, complété par les freins et la direction assistée, procure un agrément de conduite exceptionnel. La finition intérieure est au delà de toutes critiques. Le tableau de bord notamment est superbe avec sa finition bicolore .L' instrumentation est complète. Importée des USA il y a une vingtaine d'année, la voiture de la vente a été achetée à son premier propriétaire à Hershey.
