Le cabriolet combine toutes les qualités routières de la Traction à une ligne très pure et un agrément d'utilisation supérieur à la berline, grâce à son habitacle découvrable. Il s'agit d'une version 11 B donc " large ". Son actuel propriétaire en fit l'acquisition en 2009 auprès de Philippe Losson spécialiste Citroën reconnu. Bien que l'on ne connaisse pas l'intégralité de l'histoire de la voiture, nous savons que celle-ci a fait un séjour aux Etats-Unis avant de revenir en Europe. Elle faisait partie de la collection de Monsieur Donald "Red" Dellinger, agent Citroën pendant des années à Lewisberry en Pennsylvanie, dont la dispersion se fit aux enchères à la fin de l'année 2008. La voiture restaurée dans le passé est bon état général de présentation et arbore une agréable patine. Sa livrée associe une carrosserie bi-tons bordeaux et noir à un intérieur de couleur biscuit, un couvre-capote assorti et une capote beige. Elle est équipée de jantes Pilote ainsi que d'une boite de vitesse à 4 rapports en lieu et place de la boite 3. Utilisée régulièrement, la voiture fonctionne bien et offrira à son futur propriétaire le plaisir unique de rouler dans un must de la production automobile française.
