Celle qui deviendra la célèbre 5 HP est lancée au Salon de Paris 1921 sous la forme d'une petite torpédo dite Type C qui évoluera en C2 pour 1923 (avec un châssis renforcé) et en C3 (empattement allongé) pour 1925. Celle-ci est proposée en torpédo et en cabriolet deux places ainsi qu'en torpédo trois places en trèfle. Cette version torpédo 2 places, dont la carte grise mentionne une première immatriculation le 30 janvier 1926, a rejoint la collection d'André Lurton en 2007 alors qu'elle avait fait l'objet d'une restauration ancienne. Sa mécanique est complète, et son tableau de bord conforme à l'origine. La capote en toile noire est en bon état, tout comme la sellerie en skaï de bonne facture. La tôlerie a été anciennement repeinte. Après une révision générale, cette charmante 5HP pourra de nouveau attirer toute la sympathie qu'elle mérite sur son passage. This was the HP famous 5 HP which was launched at the 1921 Paris Motor Show in the form of a small torpedo known as Type C, which evolved into the C2 in 1923 (with a reinforced chassis) and the C3 (longer wheelbase) in 1925. The C3 was offered in two-seater torpedo and cabriolet form as well as the three-seater trèfle. This 2-seater torpedo version, with a registration document noting its first registration of 30 January 1926, joined the collection of André Lurton in 2007, having been the subject of an older restoration. It is mechanically complete, and the dashboard conforms to the original specification. The black canvas hood is in good condition, as is the good quality vinyl upholstery. The bodywork has been repainted in the past. After being treated to some attention, this charming 5HP could attract all the attention it deserves on the road. Note to the buyers: We inform buyers that all the vehicles in the collection have been rarely used during the last years as they are part of a museum collection.
