1915 GOLD MEDAL AWARDED TO J. BALFOUR OF MOSSBLOWN JUNIORS, the obverse with a raised shield inscribed 'C&DA 1915', the reverse inscribed 'Won by Mossblown Junrs, JBalfour', 36mm high including bale, in nine carat gold, along with three other unengraved medals, 29.4g gross (4) Note: J Balfour was the biological father of Tommy Gemmell of St Mirren F.C. Provenance: The archive of the late Tommy Gemmell, this lot included, is offered at auction on behalf of the family of the late player. Condition reports indicate issues visible to the naked eye.
