Of oval section with a short columnar neck and low foot ring, one side carved in high relief with a seated monkey gazing aloft, the fur and facial features neatly incised, a bat soaring by the monkey's foot, both animals cleverly picked out in the brown passages of the stone, the opposite side with a small wasp carved from the brown speckles in the stone, the body a translucent creamy tone with flecks of russet, well hollowed.
