Most copies were issued with only one signed lithograph. One of 150 copies signed by the author and illustrator. This copy not numbered but instead dedicated to Edith Gregor Halpert who was an early dealer in modern art in New York and was Shahn's dealer for some time; this would likely explain the inclusion of the extra lithographs included with this example.
